Humber Acute Services Review Targeted Communication and Engagement

Choices and Rights are working in partnership with Humber Wold and Rural Action (HWRA) to arrange a workshop to discuss the Humber Acute Services Review. We have arranged a small workshop for up to 10 participants on the 14th May 2019 @ 2.00pm at our training room at Jude Lodge, Tiverton House, Tiverton Rd, Bransholme, Hull. HU7 4DQ.

• Scunthorpe General Hospital
• Diana Princess of Wales Hospital,
• Goole Hospital
• Castle Hill Hospital
• Hull Royal Infirmary
